Robert J. Willis has been practicing in the state of North Carolina since 1983. He is a devoted and experienced counselor of the law, determined to help his clients seize all of the benefits of their inalienable rights.

Equal rights for North Carolina workers

Mr. Willis is a long-time advocate for the rights of North Carolina workers.  He helps workers fight back against the kind of corruption and greed that creates an unhealthy working environment and severely marginalizes the nation’s working class.

He helps individuals and groups of workers in class-action suits bring cases against employers for various violations of the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act and the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

With each and every case, Mr. Willis strives to build a better community for North Carolina workers, families, and everyday people.  His legal practice takes advantage of the opportunity to serve the many by seeking justice for every individual client.
